Friends of City Park is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.
Access and Control of Information

You may do any of the following:
• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), it is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
All sales are final and tickets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Lost tickets/memberships will be replaced, with proof of purchase, at the Friends of City Park office or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tickets to cancelled Friends of City Park events and sponsorships are a donation to the park. All Friends of City Park events are fundraisers for the park to generate funds for capital improvements.
Bring your Printed Tickets
You must have a pdf reader installed (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) and a working printer. If your printer does not work, please forward the confirmation email to a friend or family member for printing. Print the pdf as a full page with legible bar codes. The barcode must be scanned at the gate.
Special Event tickets are valid for that event only. Ghosts in the Oaks is a three-day event, but tickets are valid only for the day indicated.
